on a serious note...

Alright, I know that my blogs are usually pretty joking or amusing, but this is a kinda serious subject.

I just found out that another person from my graduation class from high school has died. It's so weird that there have now been three people from our class that have passed away. That's three people our own age. It's so scary to think of how one day you could be here and the next you're not. I'm just pretty shaken by this again. I mean, I wasn't close with him or anything, but he's definitely someone that I knew and have talked to before. I remember being in 8th grade when Lauren died and she was in my ensemble group and some of my classes. At such a young age, it's especially upsetting because it's when you feel the most like you're unbeatable and death is the furtherest thing from your thoughts. Then, in high school when Pat died, it hit a bit closer to home because he was the locker right next to mine. It was someone that although I never spoke to much, that I saw everyday and he had soooo many close friends that were hit so hard by his death. One of the saddest parts too was that the people who had been friends with lauren had also been friends with pat. It's so sad to think how many people are going through that sadness right now. My heart just really goes out to them right now.
